Working plan of Reentry

Keeping in mind that as the people belonging to God, what we do flows out from who we are. That is to say that our doing proceeds from our being. Because we are the redeemed, those being made holy by the indwelling of the Spirit, and sent to participate in God’s redemptive mission to the world, we will continue to develop meaningful strategies to enable and enhance these three core ways of being Christian – even in a time of global pandemic.

  1.  Worship
  2. Discipleship
  3. Mission

We understand that no plan can ensure the safety of all who gather in our building. There are risks involved in our gathering. Bethany Church is implementing a cautious three-phase approach to help minimize those risks as we look to assemble for worship, discipleship, and mission. The following prerequisites must be in place before the facilities will be open to the public.

  • A clearly articulated plan of reentry made public no less than three weeks prior.
  • Adherence to local, state, national, insurance, and denominational guidelines in addition to all CDC regulations including the practice and enforcement of all social distancing requirements
  • A working strategy in place to enforce policy
  • A contingency plan should any in our gathering become ill
  • General confidence in the safety of those gathered for worship
